Where we deliver
Quika currently delivers in Madurai. Each store sets its own delivery radius, and the app shows only the stores that can reach your address. Courier deliveries can go further; the app shows whether your pin code is covered.
Delivery modes and timing
- Instant: a captain is assigned when the order is placed (for food, once the restaurant starts preparing it) and delivers directly.
- Scheduled: dispatched at the date and time you choose.
- Courier: delivered on a courier timeline, shown at booking.
Times shown in the app are estimates.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is calculated from the distance and the mode, and is shown before you pay. Some stores offer free delivery above a minimum order value.
Handover
The captain asks for the delivery OTP shown in your app. Please don't share the OTP until the order is in your hands. If no one is available, the captain will call you; undelivered orders may be returned to the store, and the delivery charge may apply.
